This is a unique (c. 1980s) decorative black-painted brass & copper inlay wedding tray.
In the plate's center, an Indian couple wearing traditional attire celebrate their wedding.
The plate is painted black to enhance the etching's brilliance, and adorned with a filigree lace border. The wedding plate is in average condition for its age, with a few scuffs on the woman's face and a number along the plate's inner border.
The imperfections add to the vintage feel of the piece; however, the price has been reduced to reflect these issues.
