20th Century Japanese Bronze Buddha of Kamakura Paperweight

This exquisite signed bronze paperweight represents the statue of the Great Buddha of Kamakura, also known as Kamakura Daibutsu. The original is located at Kotoku-in Temple in Kamakura, Japan.

The English translation for the Japanese inscription: "Hotoke-dai no kura kama" which translates to, "Buddha - Great Storehouse Cauldron".
