1960s Japanese Porcelain Geisha Figurines (pair)

This is a gorgeous pair of vintage porcelain figurines depicting Japanese geisha, (c. 1960s). These figurines portray female figures in traditional Japanese attire, specifically kimonos, each with arms outstretched and holding a unique item. The pair are in good condition, with a bit of crazing under the glaze and normal signs of age and wear.

Geisha figurines were popular decorative items and souvenirs, representing aspects of Japanese culture and the geisha's role as entertainers, and were often sold in Kyoto's and Tokyo's entertainment districts.
